 The National Stationery Show is for the trade only. The following rules are in place to uphold the caliber of this professional marketplace.

  • ALL attendees may be required to present a photo ID upon arrival at the Show.
  • Advance registration is FREE! Qualified retail attendees registering on-site will be charged a $50 fee.
  • Individuals who cannot document their direct, professional affiliation to the trade will not be admitted.
  • Suppliers to the trade, non-exhibiting manufacturers and artists MUST register on-site and will be charged a $150 fee.
  • Portfolios will not be permitted on the Show floor.
  • The use of luggage carts/wheeled cases of any kind on the exhibit floor is prohibited.
  • Strollers are prohibited on the exhibit floor.
  • Children under the age of 14 are strongly discouraged from attending and are only eligible to receive guest badges on-site. They must be accompanied by a registered attendee and will be charged a $50 fee.
  • This is a wholesale market. Attendees will not be allowed to remove merchandise from the Show, All orders must be shipped except for 2-dimensional artwork.
  • Permission must be granted by the exhibitor before taking any photographs.
  • So everyone can enjoy the Show, we must insist that professional conduct be maintained at all times. We reserve the right to revoke the badge and Show privileges of anyone exhibiting inappropriate behavior.
  • In compliance with New York City's smoking laws, there is no smoking allowed in any area of the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center.
